Our Story
The founding of Jay’s Findings Ltd. was based on resilience, determination, and real-world experience.
About Jay’s Findings Ltd
Jay’s Findings Ltd was built from the ground up by a founder who believed that great products shouldn’t require huge markups or complicated shopping experiences. The company began with a simple Shopify store, created without capital or experience, and operated for a few months before being intentionally shut down for a complete rebuild.
During this period, the founder invested time into understanding the real mechanics of e‑commerce: sourcing, logistics, pricing, packaging, and customer experience. With this new foundation, the store reopened in December 2025.
In February 2026, Jay’s Findings welcomed its first customer. In March, its first happy customer. And in March–April 2026, the entire system was upgraded — including a new pricing model, a new backend (that is coming soon) and a more efficient supply chain.
Today, Jay’s Findings operates with a lean, fair, and transparent approach. We source directly, keep markups low, and handle all the complexity so customers enjoy a simple, hassle‑free experience. Our mission is to deliver quality products at honest prices, backed by a brand built on resilience, learning, and continuous improvement.
Affordability, for us, does not mean cutting corners. It means offering fair pricing that reflects the true cost and value of each product, while maintaining transparency, accountability, and consistent service.
